Shipping Policies
Orders will ship in 2 to 3 business days from our warehouse in Phoenix, Arizona, unless otherwise specified in the item description. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us at sales@hauspanther.com.
International Shipping
Please note that not all items are available for shipping outside the US. The item description will indicate if an item CANNOT be shipped outside the US. If there is no note in the description then the item is available for international shipping. For international orders, the shipment may require extra duties and fees that will be charged at the time of delivery. These fees have not been paid in advance and we are not responsible for calculating or collecting customs or duty fees. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Customs clearance may also cause a delay in delivery of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience, but due to the wide range of international shipping policies we are unable to provide an estimate of cost or delivery time.
Refunds & Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us so we can take care of you. If you would like to return an item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition. Once we receive the item, we will refund the full purchase price of the item*, however shipping fees will not be refunded.

Quality Guarantee
All of our products are guaranteed to withstand normal wear and tear. As with any cat toy or product, please keep a watchful eye on the condition and if it becomes worn from use in a way that might be hazardous to your cat, please discontinue use immediately.
